Jonathan Moore

A 1998 graduate of Bob Jones University and a 2002 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Jonathan joined the Law Office of Robert L. Luce as an associate attorney in September of 2002 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in November of the same year. Jonathan's practice has afforded him the opportunity to represent purchasers, sellers, lenders and title insurance companies in thousands of closings in various capacities in both residential and commercial transactions throughout the State of South Carolina. He also has experience in providing many 'non-traditional' real estate services, such as complicated title problem resolution, and the drafting and preparation of leases, contracts-for-deed (bonds-for-title), and private promissory notes and mortgages. Jonathan was a past closing agent for the the Department of Housing and Urban Development for several years, and participates in annual seminars with emphasis on foreclosure and title insurance underwriting.

In addition to his membership with the South Carolina Bar, Jonathan is a member of the Lexington County (S.C.) Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the South Carolina Bar. He is a member at Kennerly Road Baptist Church in Irmo, South Carolina.
